Domestic Shipping


Buxom Kollectionz only offers shipping within the United States (domestic shipping). Buxom Kollectionz utilizes the most resourceful shipping carrier available. The following shipping carriers may be utilized to ship your order: USPS, UPS, or FEDEX.

Please allow 1-3 business days processing time once your order is received. Your order will then be packaged and shipped within the requested shipping time frame.

All customers will receive tracking information for all orders. All tracking numbers are sent via email from Buxom Kollectionz or Shippo.

Buxom Kollectionz offers $5 Flat Rate Shipping. Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 business days, however, that time frame may vary depending on location and shipping selection

Priority Shipping (3-5 business days) $11.99


Please Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Priority Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS. Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected.

We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking number that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We cannot replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen.



Return Policy

Customers may request a return on goods sold within 10 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:


-The item must not be used.

-The item must not be damaged.

Additional conditions:

Any item can be returned for only a store credit/exchange within 10 days of receiving it if you are not satisfied or the item does not fit. Exchanges will only be provided for items in stock. In the event an item is out of stock, customer will receive store credit in the amount of the returned item.

​If the above conditions are not met, Buxom Kollectionz reserves the right to reject return and refund. In case of item return, customer will be responsible for paying cost of shipping.

No exchanges/store credits are permissible on sale items or accessories (i.e. hats, watches, sunglasses, jewelry, pantyhose).

Customers may request an exchange in lieu of store credit. Exchange requests will be processed and accepted or denied. Exchanges will only be provided for items in stock. In the event an item is out of stock, customer will receive store credit in the amount of the returned item.


  • Must email buxomkollectionz@gmail.com for return approval.

  • Please include your order number in the initial email.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

  • Merchandise must be unworn. (residue of perfume warrants item being worn)

  • Accessories, bodysuits, intimates, white clothing or sale items cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE.

  • All Sale/Clearance/Promotional Items are FINAL SALE.

Store Credit:

  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.buxomkollectionz.com.

  • Store Credit is Non-Transferrable to any customer.

  • Store Credit will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the item.

  • Maintain track of your return parcel. 

  • Store credit is issued after your returned is scanned "received"

  • Maintaining track of status is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Store Credit does not expire.

  • Store Credit is accessible via your customer account. If you did not create a customer account you may access your store credit by using the information provided to your email. Enter the provided information at checkout.
